About Us

Johnny Debow founded the Debow Meat Haven in 1984. Having lived in Memphis all his life, Debow developed a strong passion for southern-style BBQ. Back in the U.S, he owned 2 BBQ restaurant with his brothers and had won numerous BBQ competition He moved to Singapore in 1986 when he met his wife and started the restaurant 2 years later. Now you and your family can experience and taste the love and art of the “Debow BBQ” right at here in Singapore.

Grilling Requires Only 4 Ingredients
Meat, Seasoning, Wood And Love

We reckon love being the most important ingredient of all. Every process, every step is added with dashes of love. We use only fresh meat, delivered to us fresh every day. Seasoning are lathered on the raw meat and they are left overnight to be marinated. Hickory and mesquite are used as fuel to promote strong-flavoured smokiness, a strong southern flavour you wouldn’t miss.
